In February 2021, ELYSIAN partnered with Dzuka Africa Organization to deliver the Digital Malawi project.
Dzuka Africa Organization developed the Entrepreneurship Skills Training from a larger program—the Digital and Entrepreneurship Skills Training program—through the Digital Skills grants from the Digital Malawi project.
The Digital Malawi project was launched in partnership with the Public and Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) with funding from the World Bank with the intent of training the youth in basic and advanced digital skills and entrepreneurial skills.
ELYSIAN partnered with Dzuka Africa Organization to deliver Entrepreneurship Skills Training through facilitation. Through the program, ELYSIAN co-facilitated training of over sixty youths from the Southern Region between March and June 2021.
Communications Consultancy and Media Publishing Services
ELYSIAN provided business consultancy services for Dzuka Africa Organization for their Digital and Entrepreneurship Skills Training program. We were recruited as a Marketing and Content Developer for a period of four months. Under this contract, ELYSIAN achieved the following:
managed social media pages for Dzuka Africa Organization
created media relationships with over five local media houses, including radio and television interviews with the country’s leading media houses
organized and managed internal events, including a televised Press Brief that received coverage in the local press
created a digital database clad with documentation, such as pictures and videos
developed a newsletter
documented project activities for Dzuka Africa Organization, including their (beneficiary) validation exercises in Blantyre, Thyolo, Mulanje, and Chiradzulo districts, and the facilitation and training in Blantyre.
